Nursing

Our Nursing Aides are the backbone of Cassia. You can make a positive difference in aging adults' lives. These are excellent options for those looking for entry-level positions in the healthcare industry. Many of our nurses and site leaders started their careers as nursing aides.
CNAs can work in long-term care, assisted living, memory care and adult day programs, with part-time, full-time and on-call options; we offer tuition assistance and scholarships to help you become an RN.
Caregivers work at our assisted living sites and in memory care and do not require certification; we will help you earn CNA certification.
We also offer a free CNA Training Program at many of our locations.
These roles offer flexible scheduling options for high school and college students, or those seeking a second job, with on-call, 2nd or 3rd shift or weekends.

For our communities to run smoothly, we need the support of organized and dedicated individuals to lead the non-clinical aspects of our organization. If you feel called to work with older populations but are not a caregiver, we have opportunities in many non-clinical roles, including Administrators, Maintenance Directors, Activities Directors, Housekeepers and leadership roles.
