As a nonprofit organization, Cassia places a high value on being involved with our communities, as well as creating an inclusive community within the workplace.

DEI Initiatives

Cassia is proud of our IDEAL (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Awareness in Love) Committee, which is open for anyone to join.
We are currently working to implement tools and resources for our residents, staff and families to create a sense of belonging and inclusion.
In collaboration with our IDEAL Committee and our amazing staff, we are working to create employee resource groups around similar interests and backgrounds.

Community Initiatives
